Responsibilities

• Observe the swimming area for dangerous conditions and swimmers in distress.
• Promote the rules of the recreation facility and assist guests with disabilities.
• Provide assistance to injured guests until EMS arrival.
• Obtain, fold, and stack towels; wash, mop and clean the pool deck.
• Report accidents and unsafe conditions to the manager; participate in safety trainings.
• Maintain professional appearance and communicate clearly with guests and colleagues.
