Job summary

BEC Arabia is seeking a skilled PMV - Electrician to join our Logistics Department in Makkah. You will maintain, repair, and troubleshoot electrical systems on heavy machinery and vehicles used in major projects.

As part of the PMV team, you will perform diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and upgrades while adhering to Saudi Labour Law and safety standards. The role offers exposure to iconic projects contributing to Vision 2030.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Technical Certificate in Electrical Engineering, Automotive Electrical Systems, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an electrician specializing in heavy construction equipment or vehicles.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems in machinery such as excavators, cranes, and loaders.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical manuals.
• Familiarity with safety standards such as OSHA and ISO 45001.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair electrical systems in heavy construction equipment, vehicles, and machinery.
• Perform routine maintenance and preventive checks to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Install, test, and calibrate electrical components, including wiring, relays, switches, and control panels.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and maintenance schedules.
