We are looking for an experienced PMO Specialist / PMO Analyst to support project governance, planning, reporting, financial tracking, resource management, and stakeholder coordination across multiple projects and programs.
The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring projects are delivered in alignment with organizational objectives, governance standards, timelines, budgets, and quality expectations. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent reporting capabilities, and hands-on experience in PMO operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Governance & Reporting:
- Support PMO governance processes and project lifecycle management.
- Monitor project progress, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and executive-level project status reports.
- Consolidate project dashboards and portfolio management reports.
- Track project health metrics and identify deviations from approved plans.
Project Planning & Coordination:
- Coordinate project activities across business and technical teams.
- Maintain project schedules, RAID logs, action trackers, and meeting minutes.
- Facilitate governance meetings, steering committee reviews, and project forums.
- Support Project Managers throughout project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure phases.
- Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and resource utilization.
- Track purchase orders, invoices, vendor payments, and overall project financials.
- Assist with cost analysis, forecasting, and budget variance reporting.
- Support contract management, Statements of Work (SOWs), and change request processes.
Resource Management
- Coordinate resource onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Maintain resource allocation, utilization, and capacity planning reports.
- Collaborate with staffing teams to fulfill project resource requirements.
- Support workforce planning and resource forecasting activities.
Risk, Compliance & Quality Management:
- Maintain project risk and issue registers and track mitigation plans.
- Ensure compliance with PMO standards, governance frameworks, and organizational processes.
- Manage project documentation repositories and audit readiness requirements.
- Support quality reviews and project governance assessments.
Stakeholder Management
- Liaise with project managers, business stakeholders, vendors, and leadership teams.
- Communicate project status, risks, issues, and escalations effectively.
- Facilitate collaboration between cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong understanding of PMO frameworks, project governance, and project management principles.
- Experience supporting multiple projects and programs simultaneously.
- Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Experience in project reporting, portfolio tracking, and governance management.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, PMO, Agile/Scrum, or equivalent are preferred.
