The role requires 4–5 years in real estate development/investment with a strong PMO discipline, PMP certification, and hands-on skills in Power BI, advanced Excel, MS Project, Wrike, and Microsoft 365. Collaboration with senior leadership and external partners is core.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Real Estate, or Engineering.
• PMP Certification is required.
• 4–5 years of relevant experience combining Real Estate Development/Investment with strong PMO discipline.
• Hands-on expertise in Power BI, Advanced Excel, MS Project, Wrike, and Microsoft 365 tools.

Responsibilities

• Deal Origination & Sourcing: Identify, screen, and qualify new real estate development opportunities in coordination with the CIBDO.
• Pipeline & Feasibility Screening: Support preliminary feasibility screening and prioritization of new opportunities against investment criteria, tracking deal progress end-to-end.
• PMO Governance & Analytics: Establish PMO governance standards and build Power BI dashboards tracking deal origination, pipeline conversion, and portfolio performance for C-level leadership.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact between the company and external parties on origination-related matters.

PMO & Real Estate Business Development Manager

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Reports To: Chief Investment & Business Development Officer

Role Summary:

A leading Real Estate Development company in Saudi Arabia is seeking a high-caliber PMO Manager with a strong background in Real Estate Deal Origination & Investment. Sitting at the intersection of investment strategy and delivery, this role is responsible for generating and screening new real estate development opportunities, managing the deal pipeline, and establishing robust PMO governance across active and prospective developments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deal Origination & Sourcing: Identify, screen, and qualify new real estate development opportunities in coordination with the CIBDO. Build and maintain relationships with landowners, developers, brokers, and JV partners to generate a consistent pipeline.
• Pipeline & Feasibility Screening: Support preliminary feasibility screening and prioritization of new opportunities against investment criteria, tracking deal progress end-to-end.
• PMO Governance & Analytics: Establish PMO governance standards (charters, stage-gates, RAID logs) and build Power BI dashboards tracking deal origination, pipeline conversion, and portfolio performance for C-level leadership.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact between the company and external parties on origination-related matters.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Real Estate, or Engineering.
• Certifications: PMP Certification is required.
• Experience: 4–5 years of relevant experience combining Real Estate Development/Investment with strong PMO discipline. Experience at a major consulting firm (Tier-1) is highly preferred.
• Technical Skills: Hands-on expertise in Power BI, Advanced Excel, MS Project, Wrike, and Microsoft 365 tools.
