Job summary

Taj HR is seeking a PMO Manager in Riyadh to drive governance and deal origination for a leading real estate investment and development firm. You will balance portfolio governance with external stakeholder engagement to qualify and drive new opportunities.

Ideal candidates have 4–5 years of experience, PMP, and strong PMO reporting skills, plus hands-on use of Power BI and MS Project/Primavera. This on-site role offers exposure to high-value projects in Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Engineering, or related field.
• PMP certification required.
• 4–5 years total experience, with significant background at a major consulting firm (hard filter).
• PMO governance, portfolio tracking, and reporting experience.
• Background in real estate development strongly preferred.
• Proficient in Power BI, Advanced Excel, MS Project/Primavera P6, Wrike, Kissflow, KayanHR, Microsoft 365 and DocuSign.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and qualify potential real estate opportunities while managing relationships with landowners, developers, brokers, and government entities.
• Establish governance standards, track portfolio schedules and budgets, and deliver timely portfolio status reports to leadership.
• Build and maintain Power BI/Excel dashboards to translate complex deal and project data into actionable executive insights.
• Represent the company in preliminary deal discussions, site visits, and external negotiations.

The PMO Manager serves as the primary point of contact for the Chief Investment & Business Development Officer on project governance and deal origination. The role balances portfolio governance with external stakeholder engagement to qualify, screen, and drive new real estate opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Deal Origination & Pipeline Support: Source, screen, and qualify potential real estate opportunities while managing relationships with landowners, developers, brokers, and government entities.
• PMO Governance & Reporting: Establish governance standards, track portfolio schedules and budgets, and deliver timely portfolio status reports to leadership.
• Analytics & Dashboards: Build and maintain Power BI/Excel dashboards to translate complex deal and project data into actionable executive insights.
• Stakeholder Management: Represent the company in preliminary deal discussions, site visits, and external negotiations.

Key Requirements
