Job summary

GE Vernova, Inc. is seeking a Plant Project Planning & Controls Manager to lead plant projects and planning activities. You will ensure schedule control, budgeting, reporting, and cross-functional coordination across engineering, operations, procurement, and supply chain teams.

The role requires self-motivation, strong organization, and proactive risk management from sales through warranty. Multicultural collaboration and steady status updates are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, planning, or plant operations.
• Experience managing international projects in multicultural environments.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Smartsheet.
• Experience planning, developing reports, dashboards, and tracking tools.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate internal teams, vendors, customers, and stakeholders for successful execution.
• Track progress and adjust plans to meet objectives.
• Manage changes to scope, schedule, and cost.
• Support the execution of international projects in multicultural environments.
• Provide regular progress updates, performance reports, and recommendations.
