Job summary

The Arab Lens in Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced Plant Manager to oversee its production facility in Al Jubayl, driving operational excellence across manufacturing, engineering, quality, and maintenance.

You will lead all plant operations, develop budgets, ensure safety and quality standards, and report to senior leadership while fostering continuous improvement and cost discipline.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related discipline.
• 12+ years of manufacturing experience, including plant leadership.
• Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Operational Excellence.
• Experience managing large manufacturing teams.
• Excellent leadership and financial management skills.
• Strong knowledge of HSE and quality systems.
• MBA is considered an advantage.
• Fluency in English is required.
