Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3+ years in project management, planning, or plant operations.
• Experience managing international projects in multicultural environments.
• Strong proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Smartsheet.
• Experience building reports, dashboards, and tracking tools.
• Right to work in KSA without sponsorship.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate internal teams, vendors, customers, and stakeholders for project execution.
• Track progress and adjust plans to meet objectives.
• Manage changes to scope, schedule, and cost.
• Support international projects in multicultural environments.
• Communicate with customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Approve project-related purchase orders per Delegation of Authority.
• Develop and manage planning strategies supporting plant objectives.
• Create and maintain project, workforce, production, or supply plans.
