Job summary

Trust Group for Recruitment in Jeddah seeks a first line supervisor to oversee plant employees and drivers in production and delivery. You will ensure that all products meet customer expectations for quality and service, and schedule material deliveries to meet customer needs.

You will maintain a safe workplace per company policies and OSHA guidelines, supervise batch plant operations using automated batching systems, inspect facilities, coordinate maintenance, and manage payroll paperwork as

Qualifications

• Must understand automated batch plant operation.
• Must be able to obtain North Carolina ACI Level I Field Testing Technician and Level I Batch Certification as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Oversee plant employees and drivers in production and delivery, ensuring quality and service meet customer expectations.
• Schedule material deliveries according to Dispatch information and customer needs.
• Maintain a safe workplace following company policies and OSHA guidelines; enforce safety standards with reports.
• Operate the ready mix batch plant using an automated batching system; supervise maintenance and housekeeping of plant facilities.
• Prepare paperwork from daily business and handle cash sales per policy when required.
• Ensure efficiency and cost control; manage disciplinary procedures for drivers and operators.
