Mansol Manpower Solutions seeks an experienced Operations Section Head to lead safe, reliable plant operations for Soda Ash and Calcium Chloride facilities. You will direct day-to-day activities, ensure process stability, and drive continuous improvement across production, safety, and cost metrics.

You will mentor Shift Supervisors, Production Engineers, and Operators while ensuring SOP adherence, safe operation, and effective coordination with Maintenance and Process Engineering teams.

Formación

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in operations or production in chemical/continuous process industries.
• Strong leadership and supervisory experience required.
• Direct operational experience in Soda Ash and/or Calcium Chloride plants highly preferred.
• Experience with Solvay process and process safety management is desirable.
• Proficiency in English, written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage daily plant operations to meet production targets with safety and reliability.
• Oversee Soda Ash and Calcium Chloride units, utilities, and supporting systems.
• Ensure stable operation of the Solvay process and monitor key parameters.
• Provide leadership to shift supervisors, engineers, and operators.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safe operating limits, and procedures.
• Coordinate with Maintenance and Planning to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot processes with Process Engineering and Technical teams.
• Lead investigations and root cause analysis for process upsets and incidents.
• Maintain effective shift handovers and production reporting.
• Support start-up, shutdown, commissioning, and major maintenance activities.
• Monitor raw material, energy consumption, and operating costs for efficiency.
