Job summary

Ratnamani Metals & Tubes in Saudi Arabia seeks a Plant Head for the Stainless Steel SS Division in the Key Industrial Area. You will lead end-to-end manufacturing of SS pipes and tubes, supervise production lines, and drive safety, quality, and efficiency across the plant.

Candidates should have 15–20 years in manufacturing, a Mechanical Engineering degree, hands-on stainless steel experience, and SAP ERP exposure.

• Experience with stainless steel materials

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end manufacturing processes for the Stainless Steel Pipe & Tube Division.
• Supervise and optimize operations on high-tech production equipment.
• Coordinate with Marketing and Sales on technical aspects and with Procurement on raw materials.
• Align production schedules with market demand and material availability.
• Drive continuous improvement and mentor engineering staff on problem-solving tools (RCA).
• Foster a culture of safety, efficiency and high performance.
