Job summary

ILF Consulting Engineers in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Planning Engineer to support project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and reporting across major engineering and infrastructure projects.

The role involves reviewing project schedules and baselines, analyzing performance trends and risks, and coordinating with clients, contractors, and commercial stakeholders to ensure successful delivery. English fluency is required; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• BSc with 7+ years or MSc with 5+ years in planning and scheduling.
• Primavera P6 and MS Office proficiency.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience reviewing project schedules and progress.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders; English fluency.

We are seeking an experienced Planning Engineer to support project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and reporting activities across major engineering and infrastructure projects. The role involves reviewing project schedules, tracking progress against approved baselines, analyzing performance trends and risks, reviewing contractor programmes and progress reports, and preparing management reports and presentations. The successful candidate will work closely with project teams, clients, contractors, and commercial stakeholders to support the successful delivery of projects.

Qualification

• BSc with 7+ years’ experience, or MSc with 5+ years’ experience in planning and scheduling.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience reviewing and monitoring project schedules and progress.
• Familiarity with site construction and project execution activities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
