Parsons is seeking an exceptionally talented Planning Engineer to join our site-based supervision team for a major public realm development in Diriyah. You will develop, maintain, and analyse schedules using Primavera P6, with cross‑functional coordination across engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning.

You will lead critical path analysis, resource loading, and time‑impact studies while mentoring junior planners and delivering dashboards for leadership and clients.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 7–10 years of progressive planning/scheduling experience on multi-disciplinary projects.
• Advanced proficiency with Oracle Primavera P6; working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Excel.
• Experience with Synchro Pro (4D/5D Planning).
• Strong command of CPM scheduling, baseline control, progress measurement, and variance/trend analysis.
• Experience with resource-loaded scheduling and cross-functional coordination.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare time impact analyses for changes and delays; contribute to claims docs.
• Produce dashboards and reports for leadership and clients; lead schedule reviews.
• Mentor junior planners and improve tools and templates.

Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an exceptionally talented Planning Engineer to join our site-based construction supervision team on a major public realm development in Diriyah, which includes a series of iconic and neighborhood parks, open spaces, and over 55 kilometers of streetscape. What You'll Be Doing:

• Develop, integrate, and maintain Level 1–4 schedules and updates to the Integrated Master Schedule in Primavera P6.
• Build robust logic, calendars, and coding structures; align interfaces across Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning.
• Establish and control schedule baselines; perform regular updates, progress measurement, and variance/trend analysis.
• Conduct critical and near‑critical path analysis; run what‑if scenarios; recommend recovery/acceleration strategies.
• Prepare resource‑loaded schedules; perform resource analysis and leveling; identify bottlenecks and coordinate resolutions with discipline leads.
• Support schedule risk assessments; document assumptions, quantify potential impacts, and track mitigations.
• Prepare and support time impact analyses for approved changes and identified delays; contribute to claims documentation as needed.
• Produce clear dashboards and reporting for project leadership and clients; facilitate schedule reviews and look‑ahead planning.
• Mentor junior planners and support continuous improvement of tools, templates, and procedures.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 7–10 years of progressive planning/scheduling experience on multi‑disciplinary projects.
• Advanced proficiency with Oracle Primavera P6; working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Excel.
• Experience with Synchro Pro (4D/5D Planning).
• Strong command of CPM scheduling, baseline control, progress measurement, and variance/trend analysis.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Professional certifications such as PMI‑SP, AACE PSP, PMP (or equivalent).
• Experience with schedule quality and risk tools (e.g., Deltek Acumen Fuse/Risk, Primavera Risk Analysis).
• Familiarity with DCMA 14‑Point Assessment and AACE Recommended Practices.
• Background supporting time impact analyses, delay analysis, and claims in EPC/Design‑Build environments.
• Power BI/Tableau skills for schedule dashboards; data modeling/SQL familiarity is a plus.
