Job summary

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in Civil or Mechanical required.
• Minimum 10 years planning and scheduling experience in construction or high‑tech industries.
• Experience with project management practices and current planning techniques.
• Saudi ARAMCO experience in Oil & Gas projects required; Primavera 8.3+ certification.
• Experience with critical path network analysis and Progress Management System.
• Not more than 50 years old.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly progress reports and invoices for projects.
• Prepare the monthly project report.
• Create detailed project schedules considering objectives, resources, timelines and budget.
• Track progress, identify roadblocks and take corrective action.
• Identify and analyze project risks and develop contingency plans.
• Communicate project status updates to stakeholders and team members.
• Certified Lead Auditor ISO 9001:2015; utilize PC/mainframe tools for scheduling analysis; familiar with ISO 9001/45001/14001.

• Have exposure to Project Management practices computer capabilities current planning and scheduling techniques standard methods and procedures
• Oil and Gas Industrial projects with Saudi ARAMCO experience is required Certified in Primavera 8 3 or above versions
• Experience in critical pathway network analysis and computer applications related to Progress Management System
• Not more than 50 years old

Job Description

• Must be a confident responsibilities individual able to perform with a minimum of supervision
• Shall be able to prepare the progress reports monthly progress reports invoices for projects
• Shall be able to prepare the monthly project report
• Capable to create detailed project schedules and plans taking into account project objectives resources timelines and budget constraints
• Capable to tracking project progress and identifying potential roadblocks or delays and taking corrective action as needed
• Capable identifying and analyzing project risks and developing contingency plans to mitigate those risks
• Regularly communicating project status updates milestones and deliverables to stakeholders and team members
• Certified Lead Auditor ISO 9001 2015 Can utilize computer applications both PC and mainframe to aid sheduling and scheduling analysis Familiar with ISO 9001 ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standard
