Energy and Infrastructure Company seeks a skilled Planning Engineer to develop and manage detailed project schedules, baselines, and WBS. You will coordinate with engineers, PMs, and contractors to align timelines and optimize resource use, while tracking progress and reporting outcomes.
Responsibilities include monitoring schedules, analyzing delays, and producing recovery plans. Strong CPM, ERP systems, and communications skills are essential for successful project controls and contractual
1- Develop detailed project schedules, baseline programs, and work breakdown structures (WBS).
2- Prepare short-term and long-term planning schedules (daily, weekly, monthly).
3- Monitor project progress and update schedules regularly.
4- Analyze schedule deviations, identify critical path activities, and assess risks and delays.
5- Prepare progress reports, look-ahead schedules, and recovery plans.
6- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to align schedules.
7- Support resource planning, manpower forecasting, and cost control activities.
8- Ensure compliance with project standards, contractual requirements, and reporting procedures
9- Assist in claims preparation related to delays and extensions of time (EOT), if required.
Special training, technology use, and language skills:
2- Primavera P6 and/or MS Project Professional Training.
3- PMP Certificate.
4- ERP / Project Management Systems.
