Job summary

Durucooperation in Saudi Arabia is seeking a QC Piping Inspector to oversee piping fabrication, erection, alignment, and testing to meet project specs and international codes. You will verify materials, review drawings, and ensure QA/QC compliance across all inspection activities.

This role requires strong piping system knowledge, solid QA/QC methodology, and experience with inspections. API 570 and API 510 certifications are mandatory, with Diploma or Bachelor’s degree and relevant experience

Qualifications

• API 570 and API 510 certifications are mandatory.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree with required years of experience.
• Passport validity and international certifications must be valid.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections for piping fabrication, erection, alignment, and installation.
• Verify piping materials, fittings, valves, and supports per project specifications.
• Review piping isometrics, drawings, welding maps, and technical documentation.
• Monitor hydrotesting, flushing, and pressure testing activities.
• Coordinate with NDT teams and review inspection reports for piping welds and joints.
• Identify defects, non-conformities, and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare and maintain inspection records, reports, and QA/QC documentation.
• Ensure compliance with international piping standards, project procedures, and QA/QC requirements.
• Participate in audits, inspections, and project quality meetings; ensure safety during all inspection and testing activities.
