Job summary

International Maritime Industries is seeking a PIMS Specialist to operate and maintain the Project Information Management System across the full project lifecycle—from engineering through commissioning. You will ensure accurate documentation, configure folders and metadata, and support audits and training for project personnel.

The role requires proficiency in PIMS / Omega O365, experience with P&ID tagging, and strong communication skills to collaborate with engineers, managers, and contractors.

Qualifications

• Diploma qualification in a relevant discipline.
• Proficiency in PIMS / Omega O365 for data entry, document management, and reporting.
• Knowledge of P&ID drawings and engineering tagging.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the PIMS platform across engineering to commissioning.
• Upload, classify, and archive technical documents and vendor data.
• Monitor document workflows and approvals.
• Generate PIMS reports and support audits.
• Provide training on PIMS to project personnel.
