The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in Pilates instruction, strong leadership skills, and will engage actively in member feedback to optimize the Pilates offerings.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7+ years experience as a Pilates Instructor.
• Experience in curriculum development and instructor training.
• Strong knowledge of various Pilates concepts.

Responsibilities

• Complete administrative tasks related to Pilates education.
• Monitor the quality of Pilates classes and provide feedback.
• Organize and conduct scheduled training sessions.
