Job summary

Servier is seeking a Medical Representative for the Eastern Region, KSA. You will promote pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, build strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and stakeholders, and ensure product awareness across Dammam and surrounding areas.

The role requires a pharmacy/medicine background, SCFHS license, and fluency in Arabic and English. A driver’s license and mobility are essential for territory coverage in hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy / medicine.
• Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Must have a driver’s license & transportation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluency in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals and stakeholders in your assigned territory.
• Educate healthcare professionals on the benefits and proper usage of our products.
• Identify and target new sales opportunities to drive business growth.
• Ensure the availability and visibility of products in hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.
• Organize and attend medical conferences, product presentations, and training sessions for healthcare professionals.
• Provide regular feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Monitor sales targets and work towards achieving or exceeding them.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and market feedback.
