Job summary

Qualifications

• BS degree in pharmaceutical/medical/dental science.
• Experience in pharma sales management is preferred.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Excellent communication and presenting skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive and motivate the field force to achieve sales targets.
• Supervise medical reps and coach pitches to doctors.
• Direct call planning and deployment of high-performing MRs.
• Lead key account management and build relationships with KOLs and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with distributors to ensure orders and inventory.
• Lead commercial execution including events and campaigns.
• Prepare detailed performance and sales reports for review.
