Job summary

Saudi Power Procurement Company seeks an experienced transportation and supply chain leader to supervise land and marine transportation plans, carrier relationships, permit acquisition, and regulatory compliance. The role will support coordination with ARAMCO, SEC, Procurement, and Treasury to ensure seamless logistics, budgeting, and invoicing through ERP systems.

Candidate will oversee fuel scheduling, shipping with ARAMCO Trading, and alignment of vessel dimensions with plant facilities,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in management roles, including fuel supply chain management.
CSCP or similar professional certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

Supervise land and marine transportation plans, carrier relationships, and secure permits while complying with safety and regulatory standards.
Contribute to resolution of transportation issues and disruptions with contingency plans.
Collaborate with ARAMCO, SEC, and external authorities to schedule deliveries and align activities with Procurement and Treasury.
Supervise ERP entries for invoices and develop operating and five-year energy budgets.
Update reports, monitor expenses, define routes, set prices, and manage contracts with relevant parties.
Coordinate safety awareness workshops with the Security and Safety Department and supervise fuel schedules and vessel dimensions alignment with power plant facilities.
