• Conduct fitness assessments and consultations with clients to understand their goals, limitations, and preferences.
• Design customized training programs based on individual needs and goals.
• Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and provide guidance on form and safety.
• Motivate and encourage clients during training sessions to improve performance.
• Monitor progress and adjust programs as needed.
• Educate clients about nutrition and provide dietary recommendations.
• Maintain a clean and safe workout environment.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new exercises, and equipment.

Requirements

• Certified Personal Trainer with a minimum of 2 years of experience working with clients in a gym or fitness setting.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, exercise science, nutrition, and fitness trends.
• Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
