Job summary

RENOVIA CARE is seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to lead paid advertising campaigns across our e-commerce brands. The role emphasizes ROAS, customer acquisition, and scalable growth.

You will manage budgets across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and Snapchat, optimize campaigns, conduct A/B tests, and collaborate with the creative team to improve performance. Experience in the Saudi/GCC e-commerce market is highly preferred, with a track record of driving profitable campaigns

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience in performance marketing and paid media.
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads and YouTube Ads.
• Strong knowledge of TikTok Ads Manager.
• Strong knowledge of Snapchat Ads Manager.
• Experience managing significant e-commerce advertising budgets.
• Strong understanding of ROAS, CPA, CAC, LTV, CTR, CPM, CPC, and conversion rate optimization.
• Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Snapchat Pixel, and conversion tracking.
• Experience with Shopify and/or other e-commerce platforms is highly preferred.
• Ability to analyze data and make fast, performance-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, TikTok Ads, and Snapchat Ads.
• Manage daily and monthly advertising budgets across multiple brands.
• Continuously optimize campaigns based on ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, CVR, and revenue.
• Build and manage prospecting, retargeting, and remarketing campaigns.
• Scale profitable campaigns while maintaining target acquisition costs.
• Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, offers, landing pages, and campaign structures.
• Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for growth.
• Work closely with the creative team and provide direction on creatives, hooks, formats, and concepts.
