Responsibilities

• Develop and lead performance marketing strategies across all digital channels for major client accounts.
• Oversee integrated performance frameworks focused on ROI, efficiency, and business impact.
• Identify and embed new technologies, tools, and solutions to advance agency capabilities.
• Act as a senior strategic partner for clients, providing direction on performance strategy, digital transformation, and measurement.
• Build long-term, trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Identify organic growth opportunities and support new business pitches and thought leadership.
• Ensure flawless execution of campaigns: planning, activation, optimization, and reporting.
• Troubleshoot performance issues and guide the team toward actionable solutions.
