Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in Riyadh is seeking a Performance Manager to lead performance monitoring and drive improvements across metro O&M contracts. You will oversee KPI achievement, analyze deviations, and guide corrective actions to meet contractual targets.

The role requires a decade of experience in performance management within rail/metro environments, with strong data analytics, dashboards, and reporting capabilities. Collaboration with internal teams and contractors is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Operations Management, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in performance management, preferably in rail/metro.
• Proven experience in operations planning, especially for driverless metro systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience in KPI management, performance frameworks, and reporting systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance monitoring and KPI oversight across metro services.
• Ensure O&M Contractors meet contractual performance requirements.
• Track deviations and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for senior management.
• Review RAMS analyses and ensure data integrity and actionable insights.
• Engage stakeholders and support performance reviews and workshops.
