### **Job Description**## OverviewThe Senior Performance Manager is responsible for leading performance monitoring and driving operational excellence across metro Operations & Maintenance (O&M) activities. This role focuses on analyzing operational metrics, ensuring contractors meet contractual performance requirements, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives aligned with the Employer’s objectives. The position requires extensive experience in performance management, particularly within driverless metro systems, and the ability to evaluate KPIs, identify deviations, and ensure corrective measures are effectively implemented.
