Job summary
AtkinsRéalis Group in Saudi Arabia seeks a Senior Performance Manager to lead KPIs and performance improvement across metro O&M activities, with a focus on driverless systems.
You will analyze operational data, partner with contractors and stakeholders, develop dashboards, and present findings to senior management to drive efficiency and reliability.
Strong leadership, deep domain knowledge, and excellent communication are essential to align operations with strategic objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in performance management or operations.
- Strong KPI monitoring experience in large infrastructure or railway projects.
- Experience in driverless metro or automated transit systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead performance monitoring and evaluation of O&M Contractors against contractual requirements.
- Track, analyze, and report operational performance metrics and KPIs.
- Identify deviations and recommend corrective actions.
- Develop performance frameworks, dashboards, and reporting systems.
- Coordinate with contractors and stakeholders to improve service delivery.
- Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.
