Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Performance Management Specialist to support and optimize the organization’s employee performance management processes and systems.

The role involves coordinating the annual appraisal cycle, helping departments define clear objectives and KPIs, and ensuring timely, high-quality evaluations. You will contribute to performance improvement initiatives and ongoing process enhancement within a dynamic HR function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in performance management, human resources, HR analytics, or a related HR function.
• Experience with HRIS/ERP and performance management systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the annual employee performance management and appraisal cycle across the organization.
• Assist departments in developing clear objectives, KPIs, and performance measures aligned with organizational goals.
• Monitor completion and quality of performance evaluations and follow up with managers and employees as required.
• Support performance improvement plans, employee development initiatives, and continuous improvement of performance management processes.
