Job summary

ilmi - عِلمي is seeking an Organizational Excellence Officer to embed a culture of continuous improvement and performance discipline across the organization. The role strengthens governance, optimizes processes, and enables data-driven decision making to enhance efficiency, service quality, and strategic alignment.

Responsibilities include developing KPIs, dashboards, and scorecards; coordinating with departments on performance updates; and driving capability-building and change management

Qualifications

• Master’s or bachelor's degree in business administration, organizational development, management, or a related field.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in organizational excellence, quality management, or strategy implementation.

Responsibilities

• Embed a culture of continuous improvement and performance discipline across ilmi.
• Translate strategic objectives into measurable KPIs, scorecards, and targets.
• Prepare and maintain performance dashboards and reports to monitor progress against targets.
• Coordinate with departments to track performance updates and align toward goals.
• Document and review key processes to identify efficiency gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Support process improvement and re-engineering initiatives to reduce redundancies and enhance service quality.
• Contribute to development and maintenance of quality standards, policies, and continuous improvement tools.
• Participate in internal reviews and compliance checks to ensure adherence to policies and governance.
• Support initiatives that promote accountability, collaboration, and performance excellence.
• Assist in designing and coordinating employee engagement, capability-building, and innovation initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR and leadership on inputs for performance reviews and development plans.
• Assist in change management by preparing documentation, tracking milestones, and monitoring adoption of new policies or systems.
