Ennismore is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support the People & Culture team in a Saudi Arabia hotel. You will manage recruitment, employee administration, joiner and leaver processes, and HR reporting, while ensuring compliance with hotel policies and local regulations.

The role involves liaising with external agencies for visa processes and providing confidential, high-quality service to colleagues across all departments.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Previous experience in Human Resources or administration is required.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer operations.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking both English and Arabic.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong administrative and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good judgment and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.

Mansioni

• Coordinate recruitment processes and candidate records.
• Assist in recruitment and hiring of all rank-and-file employees.
• Coordinate entire recruitment process including interviews, contracting, and arrivals.
• Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and records.
• Coordinate joining arrangements and visa processes with relevant departments and agencies.
• Manage employee joiner and leaver administration and MIS updates.
• Maintain confidential employee records and filing systems.
• Support HR practices to improve departmental efficiency.
• Provide administrative support to the HR leadership.
