Job summary

Nestlé is seeking a Medical Delegate to engage with paediatricians, nutritionists, and hospital staff in Riyadh. You will promote our Infant & Follow-on Nutrition products, maintain ethical standards, and support scientific meetings and education activities.

The role requires building trusted relationships, executing the territory call plan, and ensuring compliant detailing while adhering to Nestlé policies and local regulations. Driving coverage and share growth in the Riyadh territory is key.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Nursing, Nutrition or related life science.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, FMCG-health, or medical/nutrition field promotion preferred.
• Fluent Arabic with good English for HCP and internal reporting.

Responsibilities

• Execute the HCP call cycle and segmentation plan across Riyadh territory, meeting call-rate targets.
• Deliver compliant scientific detailing on nutrition and product range to paediatricians and healthcare staff.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key HCPs and clinic/hospital gatekeepers.
• Identify and develop new HCP relationships and untapped accounts to expand our solutions presence.
• Log all calls and market intelligence in the CRM system accurately and timely.
• Monitor competitor activity and local market dynamics and share insights with the MFM.
