The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field and 2–3 years of payroll experience, with strong knowledge of payroll calculations and statutory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in payroll processing or related HR/Finance role.
• Strong knowledge of payroll calculations, statutory requirements, and compliance.
• Proficient in payroll and HR systems as well as standard office software.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Payroll or HR professional certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage full payroll cycle including data collection, calculations, deductions, and processing to ensure timely and accurate salary payments.
• Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and internal policies through accurate reporting and statutory filings.
• Respond to employee payroll inquiries and support onboarding/offboarding activities.
• Maintain accurate payroll records, attendance, and leave data while ensuring data confidentiality.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support payroll audits, process improvements, and efficiency initiatives.
• Perform additional payroll-related tasks as assigned to support operational continuity.
