Roche in Riyadh region is seeking a Patient Journey Partner (PJP) to collaborate with ecosystem stakeholders, co-create patient-centric solutions, and prioritize resources for faster, better outcomes. This role eliminates traditional sales targets to focus on patient care, lifecycle stewardship, and meaningful engagement with healthcare providers.

Qualificações

• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills including partnering with TAE's and organizations is required.
• Experience partnering with PAGs is highly desired.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and formulating cross-functional strategies is required.
• Deep understanding of Roche’s present portfolio and future pipeline, enabling engagement at the specialist level.

Responsabilidades

• Acts as trusted partner and primary point of contact between stakeholders and Roche; prioritizes needs and drives solutions.
• Partners with patient journey stakeholders to remove roadblocks and unlock possibilities to deliver value.
• Stewards Roche’s products through their lifecycle and supports their appropriate use with truthful information.
• Oversees patient journey holistically and collaborates with PJPs to leverage internal and external expertise.
• Pulls in local and network resources as needed to ensure stakeholder engagement and effective experiences.
