Roche Saudi Arabia invites pharmacy graduates to join its 12‑month Early in Career Development Programme – Commercial. This rotational role offers hands-on exposure across patient care, stakeholder collaboration, and system transformation, aiming to develop strategic skills and leadership potential within a dynamic healthcare ecosystem.

Formación

• Recent degree (Bachelor’s or PharmD) in Pharmacy or equivalent pharmaceutical science qualifications.
• Strong desire to learn, experiment with new ideas, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for working across diverse teams and cultures.
• Demonstrated enthusiasm for patient outcomes, healthcare leadership, and system transformation.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and a drive to take on challenges with confidence.

You are a passionate, purpose-driven pharmacy graduate at the early stage of your career, eager to make a lasting difference in the healthcare system.
