Job summary

Roche in Saudi Arabia seeks a Patient Journey Partner (PJP) with a Pharmacy or Life Sciences degree (MBA a plus) to drive patient outcomes through external partnerships and internal alignment. You will steward Roche products across their lifecycle, engage with healthcare professionals and patient groups, and orchestrate cross-functional teams to deliver value for patients and the ecosystem.

Fluency in English and Arabic is required; strong business acumen and experience in commercialization are

Qualifications

• University degree (Pharmacy or Life sciences). An advanced degree (MBA) is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and partnering skills with external organizations required.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and developing cross-functional strategies.
