Job summary

Diaverum Saudi Arabia is seeking a Clinic Administrator to be the operational backbone of the clinic, ensuring smooth facility, finances, supplies and staff administration so clinical teams can focus on delivering patient care.

You will report to the Clinic Manager and work closely with the Head Nurse, Employee Services, logistics, IT and HQ support functions, supervising receptionist, security and drivers directly and supporting patient assistants and cleaners indirectly.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the receptionist, security and drivers.
• Support patient assistants and cleaners indirectly through the clinic administration.
• Collaborate with the Clinic Manager, Head Nurse, Employee Services, logistics, IT and HQ support functions.
