Job summary

Fakeeh Care Group in Riyadh is seeking an Admission & Discharge Officer to handle accurate registration, eligibility checks, cost estimation, cash handling, and coordination with clinical and billing teams for smooth patient flow.

You will verify insurance, collect deposits, complete pre-admission paperwork, and ensure discharge is finalized after clinical and financial clearance while upholding confidentiality and service quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic with strong communication skills.
• Experience in healthcare administration, admissions, or billing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage admission and discharge processes per hospital policies and standards.
• Receive and process admission requests, providing accurate cost estimates and scheduling.
• Verify patient identification, insurance eligibility, and financial coverage prior to admission.
• Complete consent forms, financial documents, and pre-admission paperwork before the scheduled date.
• Coordinate with Billing to confirm deposits, pre-approvals, and coverage limits.
• Handle patient payments and issue receipts in line with Finance procedures.
