Job summary

Al Ahli Club Company is seeking a Client Servicing Specialist to own activation calendars and ensure delivery of all contractual commitments for partners. You will coordinate across internal teams to execute activation plans from signing to season-long campaigns, safeguarding timelines and budgets.

You will be the primary escalation point for partner satisfaction, proactively managing risks and identifying opportunities to deepen relationships while reporting progress and ROI to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in client servicing, partnership management, or account management.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing partner expectations in high-visibility environments.
• Familiarity with sponsorship rights fulfillment and brand activation is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Activate partnership agreements by building comprehensive activation calendars and 360-degree execution plans across all relevant internal departments.
• Manage the fulfillment of all contractual rights, including budgets, timelines, and deliverable milestones.
• Lead partnership launches and announcements, including planning and executing signing ceremonies and media moments.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for partner satisfaction proactively managing expectations, risks, and escalations.
• Coordinate with the Client Servicing Specialist to ensure flawless day-to-day execution and documentation.
• Work closely with the Sales team to identify renewal, upselling, and growth opportunities based on partnership performance.
• Prepare and present regular partner reports covering activation progress, KPIs, and ROI outcomes.
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key partner contacts at all levels.
