Job description

Partner Success Supervisor (Activation Supervisor)

The activation supervisor works closely with schools and educational institutions to implement the activation plan agreed upon in partnership with the partner success manager and in close cooperation with the general manager of the partners success department. The role focuses on accelerating the digital transformation of schools by activating the full system services and promoting creativity and innovation within the school community. The supervisor supports schools by providing initial support, training staff on the system, and setting targets to increase activation rates.

Job Duties
  • Strive to achieve performance indicators set for the supervisor role.
  • Apply activation management standards to all activities, events, and services.
  • Directly supervise all assigned schools.
  • Develop and approve an activation plan for each school for the academic year, including activities, events, system services, proprietary products, creativity initiatives, and enrichment programs distributed over weeks.
  • Follow up on the implementation of the activation plan with each school and submit weekly, monthly, quarterly, and final reports in the CRM.
  • Visit schools at least every week or two weeks and conduct online meetings with schools at the same frequency.
  • Ensure schools complete system setups each academic semester or year.
  • Follow up on activation of schools each semester/year, adding students, linking parents, creating and deleting users, reconnecting advisors and observers, reviewing and adding teachers, and ensuring materials are linked to national and international templates.
  • Match school enrollment numbers with the system and update them periodically in the CRM.
  • Ensure delivery of new student and parent accounts, cards, and text messages.
  • Schedule and implement refresher training for new employees in coordination with the training and quality unit.
  • Verify that SMS sender names are intended for schools and not for the platform.
  • Partner with school leadership to implement continuous professional learning aligned with global best practices for technology integration.
  • Follow up on schools’ activation of all basic services such as digital content, assignments, tests, virtual classes, and discussion rooms.
  • Track grade reports, evaluations, parent calls, fingerprinting, and other services.
  • Report on access and activation rates to school employees on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and final basis.
  • Follow up on activation of initiatives and competitions offered by the platform.
  • Provide direct support to schools and solve problems.
  • Review technical support tickets from schools daily and refer unresolved problems with clear descriptions, evidence, and documentation of attempted solutions.
  • Determine schools’ development needs and coordinate with the activation department to prioritize and raise them within the system.
  • Prepare quarterly and final reports and present them to schools, incorporating feedback to adjust plans.
  • Document visit or event reports with a copy to management, adding them to the CRM.
  • Ensure schools create Apple Store accounts and publish the mobile application intended for schools.
  • Follow up on schools’ receipt of all contract honors.
  • Add activities and tasks to the CRM.
  • Increase customer satisfaction rate.
  • Assume direct responsibility for contract renewal with customers.
  • Identify school needs and market the services of education partners accordingly.
  • Participate in periodic and ad‑hoc meetings determined by regional and general administration leaders.
  • Demonstrate initiative and excellence in completing all tasks.
  • Supervise implementation of the ERP system.
  • Inspire application of solutions.
  • Follow up on activation of the educational mall application, education companies, and new services such as the owner’s account, kindergarten application, augmented reality application, and other developments.
  • Write and send minutes of client meetings.
  • Communicate directly with owners, managers, and project officials.
  • Carry out any other tasks directed by managers.

  • High‑level written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including ability to develop constructive relationships with students, parents, teachers, school administrators, owners, and staff.
  • Ability to train and manage time for all categories of the system.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional learning of self and others to develop skills and capabilities.
  • Team spirit and resilience under work pressures.
  • Full proficiency in Arabic and English.
