Job summary

Mrsool is seeking a Part-Time Logistics Operations Specialist to support LAAS’s daily operations and ensure orders are followed up smoothly from assignment to final delivery or return.

This role is for an organized, responsive individual who can coordinate with drivers, merchants, and customers, communicate in Arabic (basic English preferred), and manage multiple orders in a fast-paced environment. Working hours are 4 hours per day with a 30-minute break.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Strong follow-up and attention to detail.
• Able to handle multiple orders and issues concurrently.
• Comfortable liaising with drivers, merchants, and customers.
• Basic computer and system skills required.
• Experience in logistics or delivery operations is a plus.
• Arabic language required; basic English helpful.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and follow up on daily orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with drivers and merchants on order status and issues.
• Track delays and escalate until resolved.
• Contact customers to confirm delivery or coordinate returns.
• Coordinate returns of unsuccessful or cancelled orders to merchants.
• Update order statuses accurately in the system.
• Manage order assignment and reassignment as needed.
• Communicate with drivers and operations teams via WhatsApp groups.
• Escalate urgent cases to the relevant team when necessary.
