Job summary

Sigma Paints Saudi Arabia, part of the PPG Group, seeks a Sales Executive to promote Sigma Paints products in the retail market. You will actively manage customer relationships, drive in-store sales, identify business opportunities, and deliver expert product knowledge.

You will also support collection efforts to ensure timely payments and contribute to sales forecasting by analyzing trends and customer demands.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing accounts and recruit new dealers; provide marketing, training, and commercial negotiation to grow market share.
• Offer expert advice on paint selection, surface prep, and application methods to guide customer decision‑making
• Manage the full order‑to‑cash cycle, including quotations, invoicing, and logistics coordination for timely delivery.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly/ quarterly targets by tracking performance and refining sales strategies.
• Oversee timely receivables and manage credit terms to maintain financial discipline and minimize overdue balances.
