Job summary

Fakeeh Care Group in Jeddah seeks a PACS Administrator to maintain RIS/PACS systems and the IT infrastructure across Fakeeh entities, providing essential end-user technical support as needed.

You will manage servers, workstations, and referral portals, perform preventive maintenance, and coordinate upgrades with Siemens to ensure availability and security. The role emphasizes backups, DR/HA readiness, and user support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or CS and related field.
• Excellent command of English; Arabic knowledge preferred.
• Certifications such as CIIP or PACS Administrator are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage RIS/PACS servers, system integrations, workstations, and physicians’ referral portals.
• Perform daily preventive maintenance for RIS/PACS to meet business needs.
• Maintain and update RIS user lists (radiologists, technicians, receptionists, clinicians).
• Schedule periodic maintenance and upgrades with Siemens in coordination with leaders.
• Ensure daily backups of PACS/RIS and DR/HA readiness.
• Provide basic end-user support for HIS, software, email, antivirus, internet, and desktop apps.
• Install and configure systems, HIS applications, software, and hardware.
• Prepare operating systems for computers by installing Windows and desktop apps.
• Create assessment reports on user needs and business requirements.
• Other duties as assigned within the scope of the job.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
