Job summary

Qualifications

• Industrial Engineering background.

• Experience in a related field.
• Computer literacy with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily production plan per shift and ensure on-time schedule attainment.
• Supervise operators and ensure tasks performed correctly.
• Provide trainings to packers and operators at least annually.
• Drive line improvement and cost savings within the team.
• Attend meetings and trainings and report on performance.
• Ensure area achieves target line efficiency and material efficiency.
• Maintain GMP, clean area, and proper machine maintenance.
• Manage staffing ratios and SAP/Colos programs usage.
• Report health hazards to the manager and raise work requests.
