Job summary

PepsiCo in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, seeks a Shift Maintenance Lead to oversee the maintenance team across all shifts. You will ensure safety, plant reliability, and cost-effective operations while upholding technical standards and continuous improvement.

Ideal candidates have an engineering degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics/Instrumentation with at least three years of industrial experience, and strong abilities in reading schematics and solving technical issues.

Qualifications

Engineer in electrical, mechanical, electronic or Instrumentation engineering with minimum three years industrial experience.
Can read plans/schematic drawings (in the field of qualification)
Malfunctions and technical trouble shooting ability
Capable of organizing planned activities
Self-starter with innovative technical abilities and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

The overall management of Quality, Costs, Service and People with the aid of technicians across all shifts.
Executing the maintenance schedules to maintain the plant equipment within given engineering standards.
Adhere to all technical problems within the area of responsibility and ensure proper actions are taken, supporting other area supervisors as needed.
Ensure all requirements of the safety policies are adhered to.
Maintain and implement AIB standards.
Identify opportunities, support initiatives and encourage the team to improve production processes.
Ensure spending is in line with the department budget and direct manager directions.
Daily reporting of all shift activities.
Implement, sustain and participate in continual OH&S management system improvements.
