Job summary

V2X is seeking a Power Production Assistant Site Manager to oversee a 6MW power plant operation in Saudi Arabia. You will report to the Site Manager, manage personnel, and ensure safe, efficient maintenance and operations in a high-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have an Associate degree (Bachelor’s preferred), 5+ years in power generation, U.S. security clearance readiness, and English proficiency. The role requires outdoor work and adherence to safety and environmental policies.

Qualifications

• Requires an Associates degree; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in power production operations or electrical power generation.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations for power production and manage personnel and resources.
• Act as Site Manager in the manager’s absence and ensure safety and quality programs are followed.
• Prepare reports on hourly peak demand, fuel consumption, maintenance, tests, and certifications.
