Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (preferable Saudi).
• Current and valid nursing license (SCFHS).
• Minimum 2 years, preferably in outpatient care setting.
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and healthcare tech.
• BLS certification; ACLS as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and develop individualized care plans with patient/family input.
• Educate patients and families on health issues and self-care techniques.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Document nursing interventions and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure infection control and patient safety; report changes promptly.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to coordinate care.
