We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Multi-Outlet Manager to lead the transformation of our dining experience at InterContinental Riyadh— an iconic property entering a bold new chapter.

With a major renovation underway and an exciting new restaurant concept launching in 2026, this role is not just operational — it’s strategic. You’ll be instrumental in redefining luxury dining for a new generation of guests.

This is not a routine restaurant manager role. It's a unique opportunity to oversee multiple outlets at a flagship IHG property while preparing to launch and elevate new F&B concepts. You will be working alongside visionary leaders and top-tier culinary talent — making this the perfect platform for your next big step toward F&B Manager.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Managing daily operations across multiple F&B outlets including à la carte restaurants, in-room dining, and lounges
• Ensuring exceptional service delivery at every guest touchpoint — from first greeting to final farewell
• Leading by example, motivating your team, and building a strong service culture
• Collaborating with culinary and beverage teams to deliver consistency, creativity, and quality
• Driving revenue through promotions, upselling, and innovation
• Playing a key role in the launch of our new restaurant concept in 2026
• Managing inventory, controlling costs, and ensuring profitability
• Upholding food safety and hygiene standards at all times

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven track record in multi-outlet or restaurant leadership roles, preferably in luxury or internationally branded environments
• Strong experience in high-end service delivery and guest satisfaction management
• Skilled in team leadership, training, and development
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to remain composed under pressure and solve problems with a guest-first mindset
• Experience working across cultures and in international hospitality settings
• Passionate about quality, detail, and guest engagement
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
