Job summary

Qiddiya is seeking a Senior Specialist - Distribution to manage day-to-day OTA accounts, GDS configurations, and channel performance. You will ensure accurate listings, competitive pricing, and optimal distribution across all active platforms while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

You will optimize content, manage rate parity, and monitor performance metrics to drive revenue. Strong English communication is required; Arabic proficiency is advantageous.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in distribution management, channel management, or revenue operations
• Hands-on OTA extranets and GDS platforms experience (Booking.com, Expedia, Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo)
• Experience with CMS/CRS and distribution reporting

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily OTA account operations across platforms including content updates, rate loading, availability management, and promotional activations.
• Monitor OTA content quality scores, reviews, and rankings; implement actions to maintain top-tier positioning.
• Coordinate OTA promotional campaigns with Marketing and Senior Manager.
• Manage GDS content, rate loading, and availability across Amadeus, Sabre, and Galileo; ensure accurate inventory.
• Configure and maintain CMS connecting CRS with channels; resolve connectivity issues and rate parity violations.
• Onboard new GDS channels and tech integrations as directed; maintain agent codes and corporate rates.
• Lead day-to-day Trade Partner Portal operations including access, content updates, booking tool configuration, and support.
• Load and manage contracted and promotional rates; conduct daily rate parity checks; monitor booking pace and demand indicators.
