Job summary

Napco National Company seeks a diligent production colleague to support the Quality Inspector and ensure conformity with finished goods specifications. • Facilitate the work of the Quality Inspector and ensure conformity of product requirements with finished goods specs.
• Ensure proper cleaning of the line during the shift and month close.
• Fill in the daily production report and submit it to the Production Team Leader.
• Set the machine properly and perform size changes.
• Ensure proper handling of raw material received/returned from the Raw Material warehouse.
• Verbally inform the Lead Operator and the Line Setter of any problem that occurs on the machine.
• Make sure all finished goods pallets, waste bin, waste trolley and raw material are in their dedicated place.
• Comply with safety and environmental instructions and participate in toolbox talks given by the HSE officer.
• Consultation and participation at all applicable levels and functions (e.g. development, planning, implementation, performance evaluation and actions for improvement of the OH&S management system).
