Job summary

Napco National Company is seeking a production line support role focused on assisting the Quality Inspector and maintaining line hygiene and order. Responsibilities include setting up machines, performing size changes, handling raw materials, and submitting daily production reports to the team leader.

The position requires adherence to safety and environmental instructions, participation in toolbox talks, and active involvement in OH&S initiatives within the manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Assist the Quality Inspector to ensure product conformance with finished goods specs.
• Maintain line cleanliness during shift and month close.
• Complete and submit the daily production report to the Production Team Leader.
• Set machines correctly and perform size changes.
• Handle raw material received/returned and manage warehouse flows.

Responsibilities

• Inform Lead Operator and Line Setter verbally of any machine issues.
• Ensure all finished goods pallets, waste bins, waste trolleys and raw material are in their dedicated places.
• Comply with safety and environmental instructions; participate in toolbox talks by the HSE officer.
• Participate in OH&S management system discussions and improvements.

Job description

• Facilitate the work of the Quality Inspector and ensure the conformity of the product requirements with the standard finished goods specs.
• Ensure proper cleaning of his line during the shift and month close.
• Fill in the daily production report & submit it to the Production Team Leader.
• Set the machine properly & perform size changes.
• Ensure the proper handling of raw material received-returned / from-to Raw Material warehouse.
• Verbally inform the Lead Operator and the Line Setter of any problem that occurs on the machine.
• Make sure all finished goods pallets, waste bin, waste trolley and raw material are in their dedicated place.
• Comply and follow safety and environmental instructions and participate in toolbox talks given by HSE officer.
• Consultation and participation at all applicable levels and functions ( ex. the development, planning, implementation, performance evaluation and actions for improvement of the OH&S management system).
